Flipnic - Ultimate Pinball/フリップニック). Compatible game saves: NTSC-U, PAL, NTSC-J* (with some caveats) I know it's been almost 22 years since the game launched, but I think this save editor may be useful for people regardless. This video shows some of the things this save editor can do.
